Behind REALOS is Jeetendra Babu Kotti, its Founder — and a career built on doing things properly before doing them fast.
For nineteen years, from 1994 to 2013, he served in the Indian Air Force as a Sergeant, in postings across the country. Uniformed service leaves a particular mark: discipline, precision, and a low tolerance for cutting corners. For a buyer, that shows up as diligence done by habit, not by exception.
He then spent eight years, from 2014 to 2022, at Bank of Baroda, in customer-facing and internal roles — close, everyday work with finance, lending and documentation. It's the grounding that lets REALOS talk about the money side of a purchase clearly, not vaguely.
He founded REALOS to bring those two instincts together — a serviceman's discipline and a banker's rigour — in a market where buyers are too often rushed and rarely protected. The promise is simple: an advisor who puts your interests ahead of the sale. It's the same principle that ran through the two careers before it — do it right, not just fast.
